SkillGuide Feedback Device for the Laerdal QCPR Mannequins
Providing real-time feedback to learners can be difficult for basic life support instructors, especially if you teach a number of students at once. The SkillGuide Feedback Device provides students with real-time feedback, as well as an objective review of performance via summative feedback on the device.
Key Features and Benefits
- Live feedback mode (depth, rate, incomplete release, insufficient depth)
- Blind mode (no live feedback, used for testing and exams)
- Debrief mode with scoring (percentage score on ventilation, compressions and flow fraction, as well as total session time)
- Cost-effective way of providing learners with real-time feedback
- Objective review of performance via summative feedback on device
- Helps students improve CPR skills
- Small, portable and lightweight
- Compatible with the Resusci Anne QCPR, Resusci Baby QCPR and Little Anne QCPR
Real-Time Feedback
Students are given immediate feedback so they can adjust their technique according to the SkillGuide’s assessment. This means you can prevent bad habits from forming. Feedback includes:
- Compression depth
- Compression rate
- Incomplete release
- Incorrect hand position
- Ventilation volume
- Compression and ventilation counter
Summative Feedback
Once students have finished their training session, they are provided with objective, summative feedback on their performance. This helps students know which aspects of CPR they have to focus on so they can improve their CPR skills further. The Feedback Device tells students their:
- Compression score (%)
- Ventilation score (%)
- Most severe errors on ventilations and compressions
- CPR duration (mm.ss)
- Flow fraction (%)
Available in Two Models
The SkillGuide Feedback Device is available in two versions: with and without an extension cable. To select your preferred model, please choose from the drop-down box above.
