The Orficast Thermoplastic Splinting Tape (Single Roll) is a low temperature thermoplastic material that can be used for the fabrication of small splints, especially in settings where quick and easy immobilisation is essential. As it is available n a choice of two widths, it is ideal for use in a wide range of settings and for a variety of conditions.

Please note that, although the tape will not dissolve in water, it is recommended that you do not submerge the tape in water as this may cause it to lose its shape.

The Orficast Thermoplastic Splinting Tape (Single Roll) is a low temperature thermoplastic material with a textile-like feel that is used for the fabrication of small immobilisation splints. The tape sticks to itself and to all porous surfaces very easily, which makes it simple to shake and model to any patient’s anatomy. Moreover, the stretchy material can be reactivated and unwrapped if not completely pressed together, which allows you to make small corrections to the splint if necessary.
