The Pressure Mat Transmitter enables the signal to pass from your Pressure Mat to your MPPL Pager. Acting as the intermediary between the two, this Transmitter will make sure that once the Pressure Mat has been triggered, that the MPPL Pager will sound an alarm. This is ideal for vulnerable people who may need care if they fall or leave their bed.

What Is the Pressure Mat Transmitter Compatible With?

In order to use the Pressure Mat Transmitter effectively, you will need two other items. These are the MPPL Pager, that sounds the alarm to the carer or loved one, and the actual Pressure Mat, a special sensor that will send the alert when the person has left their bed. How Does the Pressure Mat Transmitter Work?

The Pressure Mat Transmitter sits in the middle of the Care Alarm System. Once the Bed Pressure Mat has been triggered, the alarm will pass through the transmitter via an audio jack, before being transmitted to the MPPL Pager which can be located up to 100 metres away. This is perfect for large houses, large care homes and places with large gardens.
