With a thickness of 2.8mm and a highly resilient structure, the flat rigid orthotic plate is ideal for the treatment of such conditions as turf toe (hallux rigidus), Morton’s toe, and stress fractures.

The foot plate can be combined with other materials to offer the patient a custom orthotic or surgical shoe to assist with the treatment of such conditions as turf toe (hallux rigidus), Morton’s toe, or stress fractures.

Designed to be used alongside other materials to create a foot orthotic or surgical shoe, the NRG Carbon Fibre Foot Plate is highly customisable. It is easy to bond using conventional adhesives, and is also easy to fit and finish.

Can I Adjust the Foot Plate Using Heat?

Yes, the NRG Foot Plate can be adjusted using heat. The recommended forming temperature is between 210 – 250°C.
