The rigid couch features a manually tilting backrest for patient comfort, with a height range of 45cm to 98cm for safer and more comfortable examinations.

As the backrest can be adjusted from -25° to 75°, they are able to lie at a much more accommodating angle. Not only will this improve their comfort, but it may in turn improve their overall relaxation during examinations.

Safer Access

With a height range of between 45cm and 98cm, the Hydraulic Examination Couch improves safety for both patient and examiner by ensuring patients can access the couch easier and reducing the need for examiners to bend down unnecessarily. With retractable wheels and an adjustable foot, the couch can also be manoeuvred between rooms and then steadily set in place as required.

Improves Hygiene

The frame of the Hydraulic Examination Couch is antibacterial powder coated. This makes it a practical option for medical environments where good hygiene maintenance is paramount to ensuring patient health and safety.

Available Colours

The Medicare 2-Section Hydraulic Examination Couch is available in a choice of 15 colours. The following colours are available: Brown, Black, Burgundy, Canard, Cream, Dark Blue, Dark Grey, Light Grey, Lotus Green, Olive, Pepper, Poterie, Red, Sky Blue,  and White.

Please note that Dark Blue is the standard upholstery colour, and therefore has a quicker lead time of around 7 to 10 days. If you require any other available colour, there will be a longer delivery time as your item will be made to order. Please see the Delivery tab for more details.
