Invacare Dress Toileting Sling

The toileting process provides unique challenges for both patients and carers, so toileting slings must be uniquely equipped. The Invacare Dress Toileting Sling provides you with a safe and comfortable transfer that is suitable for a range of different users. Developed in coordination with occupational therapists, it allows users to dress and undress during the toileting transfer process.

Suitability of the Dress Toileting Sling

There are two versions of the Dress Toileting Sling: Regular and High. The key difference between the two models is that the high has additional head support for people that have reduced head control.

Both varieties of the Invacare Dress Toileting Sling feature a belt that increases support around the body and allows for safe positioning when on the toilet. The Dress Toileting Sling is also ideal for users who want to be able to dress and undress during the toilet transfer and is best suited to seated transfers.

Materials of the Invacare Dress Toileting Sling

Solid Polyester: A standard material that is easy to apply. It slides smoothly and dries quickly after washing.

Which Hoists Can I Use the Sling With?

This sling is designed with loop fixings. It is designed for easy and secure attachment to all hoists with loop fixing compatibility.

Care Instructions

Please follow these care instructions to make sure that your sling retains its level of quality:

• Suitable for machine washing up to 95°C
• Do not bleach
• Slings can be tumble-dried

The maximum user weight for sizes Extra Small to Large is 200kg. For the Extra Large size, the maximum is 250kg. Please see the chart above for recommended user weights.
