It has been designed for use by patients with a degree of muscular tonus, but still need a lot of extra support, particularly behind the head. It features leg supports so that the patient feels comfortable in the moving and handling process, and a belt for extra security.

It features leg sections that keep them comfortable and supported during transfers. The nature of these leg sections also means that the patient does not sit on the sling, and instead the sling provides support from the tailbone up over the shoulders and under the legs.

This sling is designed with loop fixings. It is designed for easy and secure attachment to all hoists with loop fixing compatibility.

Sizing of the Hygiene High Back Sling

The Hygiene High Back Lifting Sling is available in a choice of seven different sizes, and is adaptable to be used in both 2- and 4-point suspension. Each size sling is recommended to bear a different weight load. Please refer to the table below for more information about the measurements and recommended user weights for each sling:
