Etac SatinSheet 2D Two Direction Pillowcase

Designed as part of a wider support system, the Etac SatinSheet 2D Two Direction Pillowcase is ideal for easy patient positioning. The pillowcase features a satin underside to minimise friction and allow easy movement from side to side. This product must be used with a SatinSheet Base Sheet in order to allow movement in all four directions.

Who Can Use the SatinSheet 2D Pillowcase?

This pillowcase is ideal for patients with limited mobility, enabling easy repositioning when used with a 2D base sheet. The pillowcase allows gliding from side to side, preventing friction and pressure ulcers. The support can also be turned 90° and placed under the shoulder and head of the patient to move them up in bed, which is useful if they want to sit up or are prone to sliding down the bed.

Which Base Sheets Can the Pillowcase Be Used With?

Using the pillowcase in conjunction with a base sheet allows you to move the pillow in all directions with minimal difficulties. The Etac SatinSheet 2D Pillowcase is suitable for use with any base sheet in the Etac SatinSheet range, including the following:

Care Instructions

The Etac 2D Two Direction Pillowcase is suitable for machine washing at 80°C. Please note that fabric softener or bleach should not be used on this product. The sheet can be tumble dried but should not be dry cleaned, and is suitable for ironing on a low heat.
