The Cardinal Health Protexis PI Micro Latex-Free Sterile Powder Free Surgical Gloves are cream sterile surgical gloves made with a unique synthetic polyisoprene formulation which has the same chemical structure as latex.

These gloves are classified as a Class IIa Medical Device.

Same Fit and Feel as Latex

The unique polyisoprene formulation the Protexis PI Micro gloves are made from features an identical chemical structure to latex, but without the proteins which cause reactions. This gives healthcare workers an alternative to latex which provides the same fit and feel, so they don’t have to lose the benefits of latex when they lose latex.

Increased Sensitivity

With a smooth grip and thinner design – 0.20mm at the fingers – the Protexis PI Micro gloves offer an incredible level of tactile response, improving dexterity and control in the wearer.

Powder-Free

The gloves are supplied powder-free, helping to reduce the chance of powder-related skin irritation occurring as well as limiting post-operative complications associated with granulomas.

An independent thumb design gives the Protexis PI Micro gloves more natural movement in fingers, thumbs and palm as well as a better, more anatomical fit.

On top of this, the gloves also feature a proprietary interlocking beaded cuff design to give improved protection against roll-down.
