Securing the Cylinders

The Cylinder Transportation Trolley features a recessed base plate for inserting the cylinder onto the unit. The surface of the base plate provides a sturdy stand on which the bottom of the cylinder can rest, while the recessed edge of the base plate offers additional support to prevent the cylinder from slipping over the edge.

The addition of a drop-over chain provides security around the body of the cylinder, helping to hold it in place to prevent the cylinder from detaching from the Transportation Trolley when in motion. This allows for a safer journey when relocating the cylinder by avoiding the risk of the cylinder becoming independent from the trolley.

Easier Manoeuvrability

Designed for a more convenient mode of relocating cylinders, the Cylinder Transportation Trolley is fitted with practical features to ease the manoeuvrability. The single handle provides a suitable grip for controlling the Transportation Trolley, enabling steadier steering, and in turn increasing the safety of the transportation.

The Transportation Trolley also features anti-static wheels. While the two wheels provide smoother travel and reduce the strain of manually carrying cylinders, the anti-static nature of the wheels increases the safety of the trolley by helping to prevent unwanted sparks that could potentially present a danger when handling cylinders with flammable contents.

The fitted 40mm hook also enables the Transportation Trolley to be attached to the end of a bed, providing convenient transportation when cylinders are in transit alongside patients.
