The Erler Zimmer Wound Moulage Open Fracture Wounds is safe for use on skin, and can be left in its box or placed directly on a model depending on the exercise in question. It is self-adhesive and safe for use on skin, but extra skin-safe glue can be purchased for longer training sessions.

How Does the Artificial Blood Line Work?

This wound moulage comes with a bleeding function that consists of a fusion bag connected to a clear tube. Artificial blood (sold separately) can be placed in this fusion bag to ‘bleed’ the wound, so trainees can practise stemming blood flow.
